“Miller and Co is, by far, the best property management company I have worked with. I have worked with others in Salt Lake and some out of state.

I hired Miller & Co in 2006. Rent deposits post my account on the same date every month. Statements are received by the 20th. If there is a maintenance problem like a broken furnace or dishwasher, they call me with what they recommend and I make the final decision about how much to spend, such as, repair or replace. Miller & Co finds good people to rent. One of my homes is still occupied by the original tenants Miller & Co found, which as of the date I’m writing this, has been 5 1/2 years. Whenever I call, staff is always cordial to me, no matter who I speak with, weather it’s the maintenance, accounting, or the for rent team.
